Her iconic face sparkles the back of the jacket and is surrounded with the lyrics "Cover me with kisses baby" and "Cover me with love". 
 
The left sleeve has a "1974" patch depicting when Blondie started. Below this in Diamond cut crystal rhinestones it says "Call me, call me any day or night". The right sleeve has a "New York" patch stating where Blondie started with rhinestone below saying "Anytime, anyplace, anywhere, any way". On the front left lapel, you'll find "Debbie Harry". The waistline has the "Call Me" logo in rhinestones.
