This is a one of a kind, custom made jacket as a tribute to Billy Idol. The back has a Diamond cut Crystal rhinestone image of Billy Idol's face surrounded by rocker patches with the lyrics "In the midnight hour" and "She cried More, More, More". The left sleeve has a star patch and a "1981" patch, the year Billy Idol came on the scene. It also has a very large "Rebel Girl" in Diamond Cut Crystal Rhinestones. The right sleeve has a star patch along with a "London" patch,  where Billy Idol is from. You'll also find a very large Diamond Cut Rhinestone "Rebel Yell".The front of the jacket has a Billy Idol patch on the left shoulder and United Kingdom Heart Flag in Crystal rhinestones on the right hemline.
